One of the greatest blessings in one’s life is the presence of parents and their unconditional love. There could be jealousy and rivalry in all other relations but never in parents children relationships. It is the purest form of love present on the face of earth. Parents would save you from every hardship coming your way even without you knowing. They’re protecting us silently from the cruelties of this world and are like a sanctuary to us. A ground on which we can deepen our roots and strengthen ourselves. They’re like trees providing us cool shadow, fruits and colors in life. Ask those people who are deprived of the luxury to see their parents. Their lives keep going on but the hollowness inside, keeps them empty from within. A child can never understand the depth of the love his parents have for him until he becomes a father himself. That’s when he realises most of the things he used to get angry upon were imposed for his own protection and growth. May Allah swt keep our parents healthy and prosperous always. Ameen.
زندگی کی بہترین نعمتوں کا تذکرہ ہو تو والدین اور ان کی محبت سرفہرست نظر آتی ہے. باقی ہر رشتے میں بغض اور جلن ہوسکتی ہے لیکن اس بے لوث رشتے میں نہیں. شاید روئے زمین پر موجود سب سے خوبصورت اور پاک رشتہ یہی ہے. والدین آپ کے رستے میں آتی ہر مشکل اور پریشانی سے آپ کو یوں بچاتے ہیں کہ آپ کو کانوں کان خبر بھی نہیں ہوتی. وہ ہماری ایسی جائے پناہ ہوتے ہیں کہ زمانے کا ہر غم ان کی آغوش میں آ کر ختم ہوجاتا ہے. اوہ ہمارے لیے ایسی زمین کی مانند ہیں کہ جس پہ ہم اپنے قدم جمانا سیکھتے ہیں اور اپنی جڑیں مضبوط کرتے جاتے ہیں. وہ ان درختوں کی مانند ہیں کہ جن کا گھنا اور ٹھنڈا سایہ تیز دھوپ میں راحت دیتا ہے، اپنے پھول اور پھلوں سے فائدہ بھی دیتا ہے. ان لوگوں سے پوچھیں کہ جن سے یہ آسائش چھن چکی ہے. ان کی زندگی تو چل رہی ہے لیکن ان کے اندر کا خالی پن انہیں اندر ہی اندر کھا رہا ہے. ایک بچہ کبھی نہیں سمجھ پاتا اپنے والدین کی محبت کی گہرائی. اسے اس وقت سمجھ آتی ہے کہ جب وہ خود والد بن جاتا ہے. تب اسے احساس ہوتا ہے کہ والدین کی ڈانٹ اور پابندیاں بھی اسی کے فائدے کے لیے تھیں. اے اللہ، ہمارے والدین کو صحت اور سلامتی والی لمبی عمر عطا کرنا. آمین.
