On Sep 11 2012, fire broke out at a factory in Baldia town. 260 workers including men, women and children were burned in it. According to the JIT submitted in court, the cause of this fire was refusal of giving the required ‘bhatta’. Eight years from that incident, the families of the victims still await to see the justice from the courts of Pakistan.
