Traveling back to the old times of Makkah when Prophet Muhammad PBUH was facing a lot of resistance by the rulers of Makkah, you could see with your imaginative eye, the common Muslims as well facing hard times for taking the name of Allah. When the prophet PBUH was bearing a lot of difficulties, his followers were not any less to face cruelty from the hands of tyrant rulers of Makkah. After looking at their situation, when we analyse our lives where we have no difficulty whilst following Islam yet still find excuses not to. The fact that they strictly sticked to Islam and we find loopholes to follow rather our hearts is saddening. May we start walking on the path of Islam too. May Allah swt gives us the strength and will to follow the footsteps of Prophet Muhammad PBUH and his companions.
